This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are issued for courses purchased on the Pahher platform.

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any courses, as it contains important information regarding eligibility for refunds and how to request them.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds on the Pahher platform are subject to the following conditions:

A. Courses Purchased by Students:

i. Refund Requests:

    • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.
    • If a course has been accessed beyond 20% of its content or attempted any quiz more than 10 times, no refund will be issued, even if requested within the 7-day window.

ii. Ineligible Refunds: Refunds will not be issued if:

    • The student has completed more than 20% of the course or attempted any quiz more than 10 times.
    • The request is submitted after the 7-day refund period.
    • The request pertains to dissatisfaction with the course content that does not constitute a technical or platform error.
    • The course was purchased as part of a promotional offer or sale where a refund exclusion is specified.

iii. Technical Issues: If there are technical problems (e.g., unable to access course materials), please contact your Instructor or you may contact our Support Team through contact page (mailto:support@pahher.com). We will work to resolve the issue and may offer a refund if the technical problem cannot be fixed.

iv. Duplicate Purchases: In cases of accidental duplicate course purchases, please notify us within 48 hours of purchase, and a full refund will be processed for the duplicate transaction.

B. Instructor-Specific Refund Policies:

Some Instructors may set their own refund policies, which may differ from Pahher’s general policy. In these cases, the Instructor’s specific refund policy will apply to their course, as long as it is clearly stated on the course description page.

2. Refund Process

A. How to Request a Refund:
To request a refund, email our Support Team at support@pahher.com with the following details:

    • Your Name
    • Phone Number
    • Email Address associated with your account
    • Course Name and Purchase Date
    • Order ID
    • Reason for requesting a refund

B. Processing Time:

i. Once we receive your refund request, our team will review it within 5-7 business days. If your request meets our refund criteria, the refund will be processed, and a confirmation email will be sent to you.

ii. The refunded amount will be returned to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take an additional 7-10 business days to appear in your account.

3. Non-Refundable Courses

A. Downloadable Materials:

Courses that include downloadable materials, such as eBooks, templates, or any other content that can be permanently stored on a student’s device, are non-refundable once the materials have been downloaded.

B. Free Courses:

Free courses offered on the platform are not eligible for refunds, as no payment is involved in their access.

4. Refund for Courses Removed from the Platform

In rare cases, a course may be removed from the Pahher platform due to violations of Pahher’s guidelines or other reasons. If a course you purchased is removed, and you have not completed more than 50% of it, you will be eligible for a refund. Pahher will automatically process such refunds where applicable and notify affected students.

5. Changes to Refund Policy

Pahher reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically to stay informed of any updates.
